Eurocoms successfully complete major cabling and WIFI rollout for a leading industry gas supplier.
Excel CAT6 cabling, fibre, cabinets and Cisco hardware was used throughout the 20+ sites. Eurocoms were tasked with upgrading the network cabling at the sites which are spread across the UK, many of which requiring site wide wireless access, inclusive of external yards. Eurocoms designed the network infrastructure, utilising both Category 6 and fibre optic cable allowing connectivity on some sites where cable runs were in excess of 500m.
Our teams successfully completed the final project in the North East, which included 500m of external tray work, 18 access points, over 100 Cat6 outlets, 4 external fibre distribution points and much more. The target set by our client was to complete each site before the end of November, meaning we completed the project rollout early which allowed our client to bring forward their own ‘live’ date by 3 weeks.
